Subject to these General Terms and Conditions of use of this Website Alfashop Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the materials thereon for your personal use.

Returns Policy
Alfashop Ltd will not be obliged to accept the return of any goods ordered by a customer without the customer contacting us first for a returns number. All orders that have been supplied correctly and returned due to customer ordering incorrectly will incure a minimum 20% handling charge. Goods ordered incorrectly by the customer must be returned, carriage paid with the appropriate paperwork within 28 days of order date for inspection by Alfashop or the manufacturer if reported as faulty.
Privacy Policy
Information provided by you will only be collected by ourselves and will not be provided to any third party. We may at times also use the information to inform you of any offers or any news updates that we believe may benefit you. If you do not wish to receive any of these offers or news updates then please send an email to sales@alfashop. co.uk with the word ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject heading.

Payment
Alfashop Ltd. accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched.
Limitation of Damages
The company, any of its subsidiaries or their parent companies will not be liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier or for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
Choice of Law
The terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
